Shipping
All crystals, crystal art and books can be shipped, both domestically and internationally.
All orders will be shipped within 48-72 hours after purchase. If you have any specific instructions, please type these in the comments/instruction box during the check out process.
Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing and the shipping option you select.
Depending on items, weight and availability, shipping options include United States Postal Service Book Rate, First Class, Parcel Post, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Flat Rate, both domestic and international.
Returns
Each request for a return will be dealt with on an individual basis. Please contact me within three days of receiving the order, so that we can come to a resolution.
Refunds
The most common reason for a refund request is due to items that are broken in transport. Rest assured, I am a packing maniac :) I never place items that are damaged or broken into your box. I probably use way too much bubble wrap and I have a list of past customers that can testify to my tape obsession.
With that being said, it has been my experience that most broken items are damaged after they leave my hands and before they reach yours, ie, in transit. I will not be issuing refunds if this is the case.
My suggestion to you is to make sure to add insurance to your order if you have a particularly careless delivery person. You will be able to fill out a request for reimbursement and be refunded by your delivery service.
