Abalone: is a feminine, Shamanic healing shell and a natural shape-shifting tool. It improves protein assimilation and strengthens the heart and other muscle tissue. The various colors of rainbow sheen enliven and impact many body areas when worn or carried. The Abalone shell "bowl" is used during smudge ceremonies, a Native American cleansing ritual performed before sacred activity and to cleanse the self and areas on a regular basis.

Actinolite: Actinolite is an immensely important tool! It is a phenomenal shielding device and expands the energy bodies. This expansion provides for a connection to "All That Is" and facilitates the "brotherhood" of all. Provides a familiarity with all of those who one encounters, withholding all aspects of that which cause the familiar smile, action or being, to appear objectionable. By focusing this mineral on an unwanted condition, lessening is both facilitated and enhanced.

Adamite: For me, Adamite is a wonderful piece to connect emotions with the heart. It allows us to identify and deal with emotional issues, especially those that affect our reactions to any given circumstance. Adamite provides clarity and strength as these issues are faced. When holding Adamite, a feeling of warmth and safety may be present. Those who are drawn to water will also be drawn to Adamite, as it is as soothing and cool as a fresh water stream.

Afghanite: These soft blue crystals will gently lift us up, increasing our energy vibration at a pace that is comfortable to each individual, as opposed to that rush of energy that can sometimes raise our vibration quickly (like a run away elevator..LOL). The blue color suggests that its energy would assist in the areas of throat, third eye and crown chakras. For a 'thinking' person, Afghanite would allow even more focus in the pursuits of intelligence. It can assist in the areas of communication and in fact would be extremely helpful to those who work in the communications field (public speaker, lawyer, radio, newspaper, TV, etc.). For the 'feeling' person, it would help to speak and respond with clarity and truth. Many of those who sit in their feeling centers tend to react first and respond later. I think this piece would allow one to feel the reaction, but not act on it until a clear and precise response has been formulated (alleviating that foot in mouth issue many of us feeling folks have :)

I believe that Afghanite would be a gentle reminder that we are what we think we are. That means that what we state, we create. This gives us the unlimited choice to make clear and accurate statements about what we want to be.

This would be an excellent stone to use in meditation or dream work. Gently opening us up to the higher self within and allowing messages to flow freely. It may also assist in lucid dreaming so that we may be clear, in that state, of what we want to occur.

Healing wise, it would help with issues in the area of the throat, insomnia, eyes, ears, sinuses and colds.

Agate: Agates provide for balancing of the yin-yang energies and for balancing the physical, emotional and intellectual bodies with the etheric energies. It stabilizes the aura, providing for a cleansing effect which acts to smooth dysfunctional energies and to both transform and eliminate negativity. It can further assist one in the development of precision in examination of oneself and of circumstances relevant to ones well-being.

Agate, Holly Blue is known as one of the stones of spirituality and psychic actualization. It can be used to facilitate communication in this world as well as between this world and the spiritual world. Works to eliminate mental and emotional conditions that may produce distortion in judgment. Helps one to refine ones communication skills and provides encouragement to verbalize feelings. Activates and stimulates the throat and crown chakras. Enhances mental acuity and clarity. Helps one to realize that all that one teaches, one also learns.

Agatized Coral occurs when silica in the ocean water hardens, replacing the limy corals with a form of quartz mineral known as chalcedony. This long fossilization process (20-30 million years) results in the formation of a "pseudomorph," meaning that one mineral has replaced another without having lost its original form. This type of Coral can be used to support trauma therapy and assists in working through emotional issues from dysfunctional families or relationships.

Ajoite is a master integrator, specifically addressing issues of discord. Also known as the "Phoenix Rising" stone, it assists in the spiritual evolution of humanity, not only as an individual, but as a whole as well. Prasiolite (Greened Amethyst): Promotes recognition of ones accomplishments, brings appreciation, approval and acclaim to the user. It has been called the "celestial root", bringing the ancient knowledge of illumination, germination and growth. It is excellent for assisting one in expressing emotions and in facilitating accuracy and power of observation. Amethyst, Brandberg: Namibia - the Brandberg Mountains. From the western part of this granite massif comes the fantastic Brandberg quartz crystals Brandberg Crystals have amethyst inclusions and are considered to be wonderful tools in finding harmony and balance, amplifying energy, easing stress and as an aid to creating and manifesting. They are considered powerful healing and meditation stones.

Amethyst, Chevron: Assists with inner self-evaluation and evolution. It allows one to gain knowledge in spiritual healing. Placing a piece of chevron amethyst on a chakra serves to release the tensions held there and to energize the areas, which may be static. For those who feel a lot of negativity around them or an area, this piece is a wonderful expeller of such energies.

Amethyst, Spirit Quartz: Amethyst clusters from the Magaliesberg area of South Africa. As far as we know amethyst crystals in this form before have not been found anywhere else in the world. They are characterized by the tiny crystals that envelop the base or the main crystal. The name Spirit Amethyst is now emerging. They are also being called angel, fairy, porcupine and Cactus Quartz and Cactus Amethyst. These amethyst rock specimens are being marketed as a brand new find but in fact have been a well-kept secret. They appear in the book "Minerals of South Africa" with a photo dating back to 1987. The mine location of the digs has always been a closely kept secret and for some time these unusual crystals disappeared into the "myths" of time. Suddenly they are available again but the exact location of the mine still remains a mystery.

Vera Cruz Amethyst is wonderfully special and potent! It carries an extremely high energy vibration. Many say that this will take you almost instantly into a meditative and/or journeying state.

Ammonite: Ammonites assist in providing insight to the basis from which to start and allows one to retain the whole picture from conception to use. A protective stone, it gives stability and structure to ones life. It can eliminate the caustic attributes and transform negativity into a smooth, flowing energy. Encourages and supplements ones survival techniques. It has been used in the treatment of disorders of lungs and limbs and can be quite helpful in the rectification of degenerative disorders.

Amphibole Quartz is actually not a singular name for one mineral specimen, but instead a name for a particular grouping of minerals. These particular specimens contain phantoms of Limonite, Kaolinite and Hematite and have been named Angel Phantom Quartz by the metaphysical community.
The phantoms within can appear to look like Angel wings or floating Angels. The energy of this piece will allow communications and connection with Angelic Guides. It would definitely be a piece that would raise your own vibrations to connect with the higher vibrations of Guides, Guardians and Angelic Messengers.

Andalusite: Allows one to view the different facets of ones character (emotional, physical and intellectual) while remaining grounded and unbiased about the results. Encourages rationality when looking at an issue. It is a stimulant to memory and recollection, promoting expertise in allegorical interpretation and providing for clarity of material received from ancient texts. Helps in recovery when one feels thrown out of balance. Since this is a type of Fairy Cross Stone (Staurolite) it is also a talisman of good luck. Can facilitate the actions of ritual and ceremony. It also can eliminate depression and addictive personality traits and provide overpowering relief in stress.

Angelite: Regenerates and rejuvenates ill areas of the body. Enhances creativity, communication and self-expression. An excellent stone for spiritual guidance. Enhances one's perception of and connection to their own inner Guidance and celestial influences. Helps convert fear/anxiety/urgency into faith and tranquility, knowing that "all is well." Helps one to be grounded and present in the here and now. Assists one in connecting their head with the heart bringing more wisdom to overemotional conditions and more love/compassion to overly mental/analytical conditions.

Anhydrite: Facilitates strength on the physical plane and allows one the understanding that the physical body is transient. Acts to guide one toward acceptance of that which may come tomorrow. Helps to develop stamina and to provide for loving communication with those of a different mind. Provides energy for glad acceptance of all the changes and situations which one has the opportunity to experience. Allows one to recognize that the past is gone except for the beauty, and nothing remains but the grace through which one can accept the benefit of each episode.

Anorthosite is the accepted name for phaneritic igneous rocks that consist of 90 per cent or more calcic plagioclase feldspar (i.e., Labradorite, bytownite or anorthite), 0 - 5 percent quartz and less than 10 percent mafic minerals (e.g., some pyroxene(s)). The name Anorthosite comes from anorthose, an old -- now obsolete -- name for triclinic feldspars (which includes all plagioclase feldspars).

And after all that scientific jargon I have to say that these are just plain cool!!! Instead of having sheets of "fire" like you would see in most Labradorites, these have little star like sparkles of color throughout.

For simplicity sake, we will use the metaphysical properties of Labradorite here even though these little beauties, I believe, will share additional properties with each holder.

Labradorite gives us strength of will and a feeling of inner worth. It strengthens and protects our aura and aids us in communicating with our highest self and with the creator. "…It is said to represent the 'temple of the stars', assisting one in sustaining and maintaining, while providing for the understanding of the destiny one has chosen. It facilitates the transformation of intuition into intellectual thought such that one can implement the instructions provided. It assists on to traverse changes, attracting strength and perseverance. It also symbolizes the moon and helps one to advance, without constraint, through the cycles of progression, heralding the arrival of ascension.

Antimony: Antimony stimulates advancement in all areas of pursuit, giving one the tenacity needed to pursue all areas of interest. Encourages to progress with speed. Stimulates access to an instinctive knowledge of the most efficient plan of action. The health benefits are profound. It has been used as an antitoxin, reduces fevers and swelling, and is great for those who have water retention issues. Simply hold this specimen or place it on the area of concern and sit quietly. Since it is of a metallic nature, I would not recommend using this in any type of elixir.

Antlerite: This stone is used to open the heart chakra and provide a working connection between the heart (emotions/love) and the mind. This connection helps to promote an unbiased evaluation of ones feelings and to provide for a loving evaluation of ones thoughts. Can be used to stimulate the thought process and enhance mental clarity. Produces a melding of the heart and mind.

Apache Tear (Obsidian): This is an excellent grounding stone and provides for a connection from the base of the spine to the heart of the Earth. It is also a wonderful protection stone providing a shield against negativity and transforming negative vibrations within the environment. Carrying or wearing Obsidian assists in dispersing those unloving thoughts which arise from within the self or are directed toward ones physical form. It is very useful in healing, providing both the healer and the subject with clarity in respect to both the cause and the amelioration of the dis-ease.

Apatite: Eliminates blockages, can assist in balance, stimulates psychic development. Blue Apatite fosters peace and harmony through communication and communion with our higher self. Wearing or carrying Apatite has successfully produced hunger suppression and can be used at the physical level to focus healing energy on the systems, glands, meridians and organs of the body.

Golden/Green Apatite: Green Apatite is a perfect piece to deal with heart issues as well as clearing and balancing the heart chakra. It also assists in all creative endeavors, bringing about more motivation and creativity energy. Hold this piece to truly be inspired.

Golden Apatite Crystals are excellent for counteracting arthritis and is even more effective when used in combination with a green colored mineral, such as Dioptase. Blue Aragonite (Laurium from Greece) applies directly to the lymph nodes of the throat chakra aiding the immune system. Atlantean Seed Crystals: During the time of Atlantis (before the fall), these crystals were used to record information and keep it safe until the information was ready to once again be accessed in this time frame. These crystals were then "seeded" throughout the planet, waiting for those who once used them to find them again and open the library of information found within. Those who feel they may have been Atlantean in a former life are usually very drawn to these crystals today. It is a kind of remembrance, a connection, a reunion of sorts. Aventurine, Peach: Sometimes referred to as the "Whisper Stone", Peach Aventurine is best used in quiet meditation because its qualities are best shown when one is seeking centering and quiet. It is a particularly helpful mineral to those who exhibit shyness or anxiety. It provides dignity, presence and calm. Peach Aventurine helps to still the loud, critical voice within.

Aventurine,Pink In general, Aventurine brings prosperity, diffuses negativity and balances the male/female or yin/yang energies. The pink Aventurine however, seems to go above the physical, five sensory level. It rises past the eighth chakra of universal love allowing one to embrace not only the physical vehicle in which we reside, but also allowing absolute love of our higher self/soul/divine being. To me, it is like a favorite warm, fuzzy blanket, embracing and enfolding one in joy and love.

Aventurine, White This awesome white aventurine with the mica sparkles comes to us from Canada. The properties of both aventurine and mica would apply for this stone. Mica "…Provides reflective qualities so that one can recognize the flaws of humanity and can remain in a heart space to continue to love this same humanity. Used to facilitate clarity in visions. Provides for self reflection, and allows one to recognize that 'in each person you see but the reflection of that which you choose to have that person be.' This Aventurine is exactly that! A mirror to the soul!!

Axinite: This crystal allows one to submit gracefully to changes, it acts to stimulate insight into the "that" which could be replaced and the "what" which could successfully provide a more positive replacement. It provides grounding in all endeavors. It is also a polarizing stone, aligning the energies of the physical with the energies of the Earth. Bismuth*: "Bismuth is an element which is a semi-metal. It is a member of the arsenic group along with the elements antimony and arsenic. It is a silver colored heavy metal in nature which cannot express its crystalline structure without recrystallization help from humans. Bismuth does not crystallize naturally, because it is usually too crowded by host rock to form as a crystal. When expressing itself in recrystallized rainbow iridescence, it is excellent for focus, visualization and Shamanic journeying. It aids in shapeshifting. Bixbyite: grounds and energizes like most metals, and protection is offered by its reflective quality. Black Beryl: Personally, I tend to get overwhelmed easily and have been known to jump from project to project--I have to say that the visual I received after picking up this piece was of a silver light filling my body, grounding me. It actually slowed my mind down to where I was able to focus on one thing at a time without all of that monkey mind chatter. I think this would be a wonderful piece for those with ADHD!! And it would make an excellent elixir.

Beryl in general teaches how to do only that which you need to do. It is an excellent stone for dealing with stressful situations and shedding unnecessary baggage. It aids in tuning into guidance as to what you should be doing. Represents purity of being. Beryl helps to actualize potential.

Black Tourmaline: This crystal can be used to both repel and protect against negativity. It acts to protect one from being victimized by the negative energy of another and has also been used as an energy deflector. It can provide for an increase in ones physical vitality, emotional stability, and intellectual acuity. It maintains ones spirit, even in conditions which appear to emit 'gloom and doom'.
It enhances the awakening of altruism. Brecciated Jasper: "Bracciated" means that the material, as it grew, was broken geologically and then healed with quartz in the broken veins. Butterstone: Butter Jade is also known as African Jade or Butterstone. It is not however Jade. It is an over 2.5 billion year old mineral specimen from South Africa which is known to contain micro fossil evidence of the first life on earth.

This Butterstone has a slow, low hum that can be felt through the fingers when holding and remains long after the mineral is put away. Iceland Spar Calcite: Optical Calcite, also known as Iceland Spar has the additional property of double refraction. This stone can also be used to remind one of the double meaning of words and to, hence, assist one in communication during difficult conversations. It is an excellent mineral for use when cleansing and clearing the outer bodies.

Candle Quartz: Candle Quartz is a type of Elestial Quartz and is a very calming stone which can be used to eliminate tedium and oppression from one's environment. It also can assist in the realization of damage done consciously or unconsciously to the physical body, so that a solution can be found and put into action.Candle Quartz helps us to look inwards and discover our truth and our path. Pink Carnelian provides a message of love--since one IS love, there is nothing to do but to offer love, with each offering of love bringing an increase of love returned. This Carnelian, especially, can encourage love between family, be it parent to child, parent to parent, etc. It also provides and energy conducive to the stabilization of energy in the home.

Cassiterite: Cassiterite is a form of tin, also known as Tinstone. It provides for grounding and protection from physical dangers/obstacles. It helps to eliminate feelings of separateness, prejudice and rejection. Helps to dispel the negative energies related to disapproval and instead, encourages optimism. It has been used in the treatment of obesity and hormonal imbalances.

Cavansite: Powerful energies sometimes come in tiny packages and Cavansite literally explodes with intense, vibrant energy. The teal to deep blue/green color comes at an important time in our growth, as it, for me, corresponds with the Thymus or second heart chakra. Celadonite is a lime green form of mica, and excellent Celadonite in quartz specimens from Madagascar provide properties similarly as chlorite-included quartz. Celadonite and quartz is a prime all-body healer which when used with other stones increases their effectiveness or "amperage" significantly. Celadonite specifically addresses cell membrane permeability and helps to transmit oxygen to body cells. It provides transference capabilities across the physical/electromagnetic interface, especially through the bloodstream. Celadonite in quartz aids poor circulation, phlebitis and varicose veins. Like another mica mineral, muscovite, the molecular structure of Celadonite has a vacancy which places it in the unique position of being able to get out of the way of itself as a healer. Cerussite: An excellent grounding stone, Cerussite assists one in feeling comfortable in the environment. For those who feel that earth is not their natural home, Cerussite relieves the feeling of being homesick and allows the soul to feel at home, no matter where it is located. Cerussite is great for travel, reducing jet lag and helping one to adjust to the different cultures. Promotes decision making, stimulates growth, teaches responsibility and allows for flexibility. Chalcedony is a stone of Brotherhood. It promotes group stability, alleviates hostility, increases physical energy and balances the body, emotions, mind and spirit.

The Blue Chalcedony would be very helpful in the areas of the throat chakra, cleansing and balancing as well as the upper chakras. It would assist in the area of communication.

A spiritual stone, Pink Chalcedony encourages empathy and inner peace. It creates a deep sense of trust. A true stone of universal love!

Chalcopyrite (aka Peacock Ore): This mineral has been used to assist one in finding "lost" objects;it also often "disappears" to accumulate information which will be beneficial to the user. Used to enhance ones abilities of perception and to strengthen ones contact with the ancient cultures of the universe. Acts as a connective force between the physical and other cultures such that one may readily receive information. Removes energy blockages, totally opens the crown chakra, cleansing and activating at the same time. Excellent for use in meditation, assisting one to attain and maintain such a state. Can be used to stimulate and repair RNA/DNA damage, reduce inflammation and to relieve pressure of tumors and/or growths. Charoite: Provides transmutation of negativity and for grounding to the spiritual self. Useful in cleansing the auric body, filling the chakras with a loving spiritual emotion of purity and in assisting one in comprehension of self inflicted "lessons". Chiastolite: As well as exhibiting the properties of Andaluscite, this "cross stone" is now used as a sign of devotion, especially the devotion towards awareness, which can, in itself, dispel negativity. Citron is a form of Chrysoprase that comes from Australia. Also known as Lemon Chrysoprase, Citron can be used to assist those in depression or isolation. The mineral attracts positive vibrations to its vicinity. It also provides maximum utility in areas that have rainy, foggy or dark environmental conditions. Chrysoprase in general balances the yin yang energies and aligns the chakras with the ethereal plane. Copal: Copal is a fossil resin of vegetable origin and has been used to activate the crown chakra and at the same time maintain physical consciousness. Crazy Lace Agate: From the Crystalline Communion we learn that, "Crazy Lace agate form originates in Mexico. It is made up of Quartz and Hematite with lace like curls of Jasper. Crazy Lace Agate is a gentle absorber of emotional pain and should be cleansed frequently in sun, moon or rain when in use. It has so much variability that it is capable of aiding the variety of human frequencies which exist.

In general, Agates provide for balancing of the yin-yang energies and for balancing the physical, emotional and intellectual bodies with the etheric energies. Faden crystals are identified by the milky feather like line within the structure which usually runs through the crystal. Hexagonite: This pinky/purple specimen has very delicate, sparkling, flaky crystals all over the face. Its energies are very soft and gentle. While we do know from some research it is part of the Tremolite family, it feels to me to be more of a calming, peaceful specimen, possibly aligning from the heart chakra up and through the 8th chakra, that of universal love and beyond :) When meditating with this piece, it calms me to the point of stopping the "chatter " in my head and I have a very wonderful, tranquil meditation.

Lazulite: Called a "stone of heaven", bringing in clarity and purity of energy from the omnipresent forces of the universe. Excellent for meditation as it promotes calming and enhances sanctity in ones being. Inspires tranquility, self-esteem, assists in alleviating stress.

Lemurian Quartz Crystal: "A spectacularly clear quartz crystal that comes from a particular mine in Brazil. It possesses unusual properties. It is distinguished by horizontal striations and smooth sides in an alternating pattern. Likewise, it is distinguished by the subtle wavelike etchings upon its faces and/or sides. Beneath these surfaces is a clarity that is unique. There is a certain watery or Undine quality that all these crystals from this location share. Their origin is Lemuria. They are crystals that were tempered in the sea. Particularly in the farmlands (Eastern shore), in the wetlands (Timberlands), and in the land of Enchanted Harbors.

Rainbow Moonstone has a direct connection with the Moon and the element of Water. Provides a familiarity with all of those who one encounters, withholding all aspects of that which cause the familiar smile, action or being, to appear objectionable. By focusing this mineral on an unwanted condition, lessening is both facilitated and enhanced.

Neptunite is one of the best stones available for overcoming addictions. It harmonizes with a network of other stones, and acts as a transmitter. It is, of course, attuned to Neptune born individuals. It is a 'course corrector', allowing group dynamics to be maintained without a disciplined structure. Nirvana Quartz (aka Ice Quartz): This particular type of quartz is part of a new find from the Kullu Pass in Northern India, Gateway to the Himalayans and also may be referred to as Kullu roses or Nirvana Ice Crystals. The pink, from my understanding, comes from a dusting of Hematite during formation. Not all Nirvana Crystals have this pink color. Many are colorless and ice clear. It is also identified as a growth interference type of crystal. During formation, time and earth created these caverns and slices, shapes and faces. When holding this crystal, I see the amazing and breathtaking beauty of life and what surrounds us. This crystal connects very strongly with our core soul, the amazing grace of unconditional love and acceptance. It brings us out of doubt and into a place of total trust. It is like the love of the Universe has been poured directly into this crystal and when it is held, that love flows through our skin and into every pour of our body and soul.

Nuummit: THE oldest living mineral, formed over three billion years ago. Can be used to open, activate and integrate the chakras. Obsidian: This is an excellent grounding stone and provides for a connection from the base of the spine to the heart of the Earth. It is also a wonderful protection stone providing a shield against negativity and transforming negative vibrations within the environment. Carrying or wearing Obsidian assists in dispersing those unloving thoughts which arise from within the self or are directed toward ones physical form. It is very useful in healing, providing both the healer and the subject with clarity in respect to both the cause and the amelioration of the dis-ease.

Mahogany Obsidian with its deep dark mahogany color and black splotches is very earthy!! Grounding and protecting, Mahogany Obsidian brings strength in time of need and vitalizes purpose. It eliminates blockages, relieves tension and stimulates growth on all levels.

Snowflake Obsidian: A stone of purity, balancing body, mind and spirit. Recognizes and releases wrong thinking and ingrained patterns. Brings about inner centering. Treats veins and the skeleton. Balances the physical body. All the properties listed in Obsidian below also apply.

Vonsen blue Jade aka Blue jade or Pacific blue Jade are all names given to a variety of Nephrite found on the Vonsen Ranch in Marin County, California (Chesterman, 1951). Vonsen Jade is blue gray in color with white veining. It is a stone of renewal and fresh starts. It assists the holder while facing any new task or challenge with total calm, allowing them to see all sides of the task and helping to proceed with quiet confidence and patience.

Vonsen Blue Jade symbolizes peace and reflection. It brings inner serenity and patience. Blue Jade is the stone for slow but steady progress and helps those who may feel overwhelmed by situations beyond their control. This stone emits a joyous nature, renewing the excitement of new prospects, creations and journeys. It brings out the child in each of us that wants to run barefoot through the new grass or marvel at the sight of a butterfly.

Wavellite: This mineral assists one in looking at the whole picture prior to decision making. It helps one manage difficult situations and provides information to the inner self such that one can recognize both the direct and the indirect methods of accomplishing a task. It can also facilitate the flow of energy from the ethereal body to the physical body, producing and increased stability with respect to health and health maintenance within the physical body. Wavellite can be used in the treatment of flows; energy flows, blood flows, etc.; it will provide assistance in balancing the white blood cell count with the red blood cell count and can facilitate the normalization of that ratio.

Wolframite can be used to provide strength for the physical body. Enhances flexibility in one's character, allowing one to understand that "this is the only way" is not the only way :)

Wulfenite: Wulfenite promotes the acceptance of the existence of the negative aspects which exist in the world, allowing one to recognize the issues and to not allow "roadblocks" to impede or limit progress toward development. It allows one to accomplish the transition, from the physical plane to the psychic and astral planes quickly. The time which is usually required to alter ones state is dramatically decreased. It also can be used to promote contact with the spiritual world in the form one manifests; allowing for attunement to those of ancient civilizations, to those of the near distant past, or to those of futuristic worlds. Quite useful for connecting to higher beings or to the higher self. It stimulates a bonding between souls who are on the Earth plane and have agreed to meet again during this lifetime. Wulfenite can be used for preservation and rejuvenation on all levels.

Youngite: This chalcedony is known for its sparkles of light, similar to the night sky, that can be seen when placed under ultraviolet light. Working with Youngite opens the third eye and facilitates night vision. It also can be used to stimulate the areas of the throat and heart chakra. It is a mineral of wisdom, contemplation and devotion, all stemming from its resonance with the heart. Yttrian (Yttrium) Fluorite: Assists one with initiating the state of self fulfillment, bringing to fruition the "...self actualizing characteristics and the properties of manifestation." Assists in promoting the qualities needed to attain wealth as well as mental acuity. May help any who choose the service oriented professions or activities.

Zebra Jasper is between sandstone and jasper. It is found in Australia and is striped in various tones of tan and chestnut. The Crystalline Communion says, "This two-tone painting by the Great Mother instantly projects and makes visible the aboriginal energy of its homeland. A gentle centering and grounding provided by its earth tones is not a weight. When you want to perform higher spiritual work but stay earth connected, this is the stone to carry."

Zebra Stone: Meditation and centering. Relieves stress, increases appreciation for the joy of life. Stimulates transition to the astral plane. Helps one to look past the superficial attributes and to recognize the loving spirit which always abides. Further teaches that it is not possible to give away all of ones energy or ones love, but that the eternal source of energy and love is always available and accessible. Stimulates ones physical energy, produces stamina and endurance.
