I often sit down with new crystals and visualize having a dialogue with them. My energy connecting to the crystal's energy. What follows is part visualization and part conversation in my mind's eye. This is what I see and hear when working with these pieces. I highly encourage you to sit down and do the same. I believe the crystal energy speaks very personally to each of us. No two conversations will be the same.
Bastnaesite Afghanite I believe that Afghanite would be a gentle reminder that we are
what we think we are. That means that what we state, we create. This gives us
the unlimited choice to make clear and accurate statements about what we want
to be. This would be an excellent stone to use in meditation or dream
work. Gently opening us up to the higher self within and allowing messages to
flow freely. It may also assist in lucid dreaming so that we may be clear, in
that state, of what we want to occur. Healing wise, it would help with issues in the area of the throat,
insomnia, eyes, ears, sinuses and colds."
"These
cherry coke colored crystals are here to share information from ancient earth
cultures, as old as mother earth herself. This is a crystal that carries the
energy of wood nymphs, fairy realms, and mystical forests. Bastnaesite helps
to achieve a profound connection with every aspect of nature. Bastnaesite is

The piece I held, showed me a cottage, deep in a dense wooded area. Inside,

Pargasite
"When
I communicate with a crystal, many times, I get visual pictures in my head.
When I held Pargasite, I had to laugh. What I "got" was a picture of a grumpy
old man, short, balding, white hair with a smirk on his face. He is sitting
in a huge recliner looking at the TV. He is never really happy and spends most
of his day complaining. He has an answer for everything and it is always bad.
He is a skeptic, a judge of humanity and just plain rude. (If the grumpy old
man does not do it for you, think of Maxine, the female version of grumpy).
Through this visual, Pargasite shares some of its energy so that I can share
my impressions with you.
Pargasite can soften even the hardest of hearts. It gently, slowly, removes
the wall of protection many have worked years to build. However, Pargasite will
not work quickly. It has taken years to build up this defense system around
the heart, so Pargasite will work with you, at a pace that is comfortable. There
are a lot of issues to face (that wall did not get built over night) work on
and release. Pargasite is your gentle support in this healing process. The pale
green of Pargasite's energy will surround your heart with the expressing, feeling
and sharing of empathy and compassion for self and others.
This is a heart healing crystal to be used for facing, releasing and forgiveness
of some of the most powerful experiences in our lives- be it trauma, anger,
violence, etc. The things we "hide away" can be safely brought to light with
the help of Pargasite, time and an emotional support team. Pargasite will not
do it alone, but it can ease the pain. When holding Pargasite, I hear a song
in my head...."this little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine...." and indeed
what I see next is the same grumpy old man sitting in his chair, except this
time, I am given access to the deepest chamber of his heart, where there is
a small green light shining.....and building......Deep within this injured grump
is a beautiful, generous, kind and loving soul. His light, shining brightly.
This is a crystal of hope and healing, love and comfort, gentle guidance and
support.
Physically, Pargasite can help with issues of the heart, esophagus, throat and
lungs. Carry Pargasite with you throughout the day to keep the "grumps" away

Scolecite
"Scolecite
is a high vibrational crystal which helps to connect with the realms of higher
consciousness. It is a crystal to be used to enhance awareness on the highest
of spiritual levels. Scolecite can enhance communications with the angelic realms,
the ancient cities of Lemuria and Atlantis, as well as other worldly beings
and guides. Scolecite reminds me of a radio of sorts. The thin, acicular sprays
of crystals act as an antenna, helping to "tune in" and access the higher consciousness.
Once tuned in, a wealth of information is available and provided to you. As
such, Scolecite will also bring forth teachers and mentors. They may be from
this plane of existence or from a higher plane of consciousness and normally
will manifest either in meditation or dream time. After placing Scolecite under
my pillow, I fell asleep quickly and deeply. My entire night in the dream state
was spent sitting beside the Dalai Lama as he taught. I remember waking up totally
overwhelmed, filled with awe and inspiration.
Scolecite is a remarkable healing tool. It allows the client to be in a perfect
state of peace and relaxation, removing all stress, tension, and anxiety. Healing
is always well received when the body is in a state of perfect rest which allows
the healing energies to flow freely. Because of its abilities to effortlessly

Atlantasite
"Atlantasite is a combination of the mottled greens of Serpentine (host rock)
combined with dark purple orb like accents of Stichtite.
The yellow/green of Atlantasite connects the solar plexus and heart Chakras
in an intense, yet very balanced fashion. The emotional feelings held in the
solar plexus region can many times fuel the heart into action. Atlantasite reminds
me of the feelings one gets when a relationship is in its first stages. Excitement,
anticipation, joy, connection, fear. The heart is alive and emotions are high.
While relationships may change over time,(people move in different directions,
the newness of the relationship wanes, etc.) Atlantisite stays consistent, balancing
the emotions with the true nature of the heart.
Atlantasite also works with all types of other emotional issues- fear, jealousy,
anger, the reactive ego, etc. Each time we feel one of these emotions, our heart,
it its own way reacts as well. Working with Atlantasite helps to bring the core
issues to light, so that they can be face, worked on and resolved, healing the
body, mind and soul.
Atlantasite would be a great choice to work with for those who have self esteem,
self confidence or self worth issues. It reaches deep into the heart to show

Atlantasite is also a stone of knowledge and learning. Many times, lessons are
repeated without the awareness of their duplicity-whether it be in this lifetime
or over numerous lifetimes. Over and over again, we are given the opportunity
and experiences to learn and sometimes, we just do not get the lesson. I know
I have had situations like this, have you? Atlantasite clearly presents the
lesson the first time around. It assists in the process of awareness. However,
as with all things, the choice to repeat the lesson is truly up to you.
Atlantasite can be used in the area of intuition and higher guidance. It is
a connection to the wealth of information (Hall of Records) accessed by dreaming,
astral travel and meditation. Atlantasite is a wonderful stone to assist with

of love and support, helping to balance and center your energies, which in turn

"These soft blue crystals will gently lift us up,
increasing our energy vibration at a pace that is comfortable to each individual,
as opposed to that rush of energy that can sometimes raise our vibration quickly
(like a run away elevator..LOL). The blue color suggests that its energy would
assist in the areas of throat, third eye and crown Chakras. For a 'thinking'
person, Afghanite would allow even more focus in the pursuits of intelligence.
It can assist in the areas of communication and in fact would be extremely helpful
to those who work in the communications field (public speaker, lawyer, radio,

Rainbow Moonstone
“Rainbow Moonstone has a direct connection with the Moon and the element of Water.
Whether aware or not, our bodies in this 3-D world are affected by the phases
of the moon (our bodies do contain more water than any other element). Just as
the moon affects the tides of the ocean, it affects our bodies as well. We may
become overly emotional for what we perceive as “no reason”, we may feel drained
during certain cycles and energized by others. What a wonderful exercise in awareness
this can be for us–to tune in to our bodies, our emotional states of being!! Rainbow
Moonstone feels very comforting. It soothes the emotional ups and downs, allowing
us to find some semblance of understanding and balance. The flashes of blue and
gold colors allow joy and peace to be felt through the presence of this stone.
Rainbow Moonstone allows us to see that there is a higher purpose for some of
the more mundane activities or lessons that we may be experiencing. Like its sister,
Labradorite, it is a teacher, a friend, a father, a mother, a guru. Much information
can be shared if we will just listen. Listen, and do not question what is received.
Rainbow Moonstone allows the crown chakra and those above to open and bring in
loving, white healing energies that will flow through us to the very core of our
being. It helps us to remember our true nature. Rainbow Moonstone can raise our
vibrational frequency to create a smoother transition into meditation. It calms
the physical mind from the chatter that can affect our meditative state. This
allows us to simply “BE” in that space with no distraction.
The joy that we feel when seeing a sleeping child or hear their laughter is the
same joy that we can feel when we work with Rainbow Moonstone. The inner child
within each of us embraces Rainbow Moonstone. It is the unabashed happiness we
feel when we dance as if no one is looking. We float, twirl, jump and raise our
arms to the sky. At that moment, we do not fear the judgment of others. No one
is there to laugh or point their fingers. This is our true, loving, joyful higher
self. Unconditional acceptance to our Divine nature.”
Unakite
Unakite not only helps to cleanse, align and balance the Heart Chakra but also
goes above and beyond to the ninth chakra of Universal Love. This “double whammy”
of energy allows us to realize the importance of taking care of self –not only
on the physical level, but also on all levels. It reminds us that if we do not
love ourselves enough to take care, then we can be of no assistance to others.
Loving self is NOT a selfish act. Unakite asks the important question of, “Why
do you give so freely to others when you are not willing to give to yourself?
Are you not Divine?”
Unakite is a wonderful stone to hold when comfort is needed and forgiveness is
necessary. This includes yourself!! It will also assist in healing emotional wounds
by allowing its loving energy to embrace you and wrap you the safe and loving
arms of love. Healing is always challenging and may not happen right away–it takes
work and Unakite promises to stand by as long as is needed to assist in this healing
